Your Past, Your Present, Your Future … What Do You Do With It?

An old Proverb reads: "People perish for lack of vision."  Do you have vision? You owe it to your [future] self to take care of your health today. I'm 63-years-old, but I feel terrific! Years ago, I made a commitment to live a healthy lifestyle, train regularly, and work toward  my belt. Picture yourself wearing a blackbelt. You can do it! Just shift your perspective: Let go of overthinking. Let go of waiting for some inspiration. Let go of your frantic schedule. Plan ahead, but make a decision and train! Just do it.

For those of you who are closer to my age, I teach a great Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program here at Seigler's Karate Center. There is no better time to start taking care of yourself than now. Right here. Today.

Give us a call, set an appointment, come in, go through our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu trial program. Together we will plan a training regimen that matches your lifestyle and schedule. Then you can start having a clear vision for yourself as the days, weeks, months, and (hopefully) years unfold.

Look at the past to learn from your failures. Live in the present to build your life now.  Look to the future to see who you can become.
